Company parties have a familiar problem: people arrive, get a drink, find the two colleagues they already know, and stay there. A staffed espresso bar breaks that up. It gives everyone a reason to move, a two-minute wait to talk to someone from another team, and something in hand that isn't alcohol.
We work around your run of show. Our team loads in before doors, coordinates placement and power with your office manager or venue contact ahead of time, and opens service when you want people circulating — not during the CEO's remarks. Setup takes about 45 minutes, we need roughly six by six feet and one standard outlet, and we pack out clean.
Branded signage, menu cards, and signature drinks named for your team or the occasion are all on the table. We serve corporate events throughout Colorado Springs, Denver and the Tech Center, and across the Front Range, from conferences to multi-day offsites.

We recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance. Popular dates fill up first, so the earlier you reach out the better. If your date is close and we're available, we'll do our best to make it work.

Yes. Our mobile espresso bar works indoors and outdoors. We just need easy access to unload our equipment — a close parking spot or loading zone is ideal, especially at venues with limited entry points.

About 6×6 feet of flat space and access to a standard 110V outlet. Our cart is fully self-contained otherwise — we bring cups, lids, straws, sugar, syrups, and milks. If power isn't available, we can bring a generator for an additional fee.

We serve events of all sizes, from gatherings of 20 to events of 300 and above. For very large events we can add additional carts and baristas so your guests aren't left waiting.

Absolutely. We collaborate with you to design a personalized drink menu, including signature drinks, so it reflects your event's theme and your preferences.

Espresso drinks made to order, hot or iced — lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and cortados. We also serve chai, matcha, hot chocolate, and tea, plus mocktails like espresso tonics and sparkling iced coffees. Syrups are handmade with real ingredients, and we provide whole and oat milk as standard with other alternatives on request.

We ask for a deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. We accept credit cards, Venmo, bank transfers, and checks. Pricing depends on event size, length, location, and menu customization — contact us for a personalized quote.

Yes. We're based in Colorado Springs and travel regularly to Denver and the surrounding metro, including Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Englewood, Arvada, Westminster, and Highlands Ranch. Travel fees apply based on distance.
