Hotel event spaces set a standard, and the coffee usually doesn't meet it. Our mobile espresso bar is built to sit inside a ballroom, terrace, or hospitality suite without looking like it was wheeled in from somewhere else.
We arrive early, set up, serve, and leave the space as we found it. Our cart is fully self-contained — 6×6 feet and a standard outlet — so it drops into a floor plan without disrupting how the room is meant to flow.
Ballrooms, galas, conferences, weddings, and brunches all work. We serve hotel events throughout Colorado Springs and Denver, and partner with properties on longer-term in-house coffee programs.

We recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance. Popular dates fill up first, so the earlier you reach out the better. If your date is close and we're available, we'll do our best to make it work.

About 6×6 feet of flat space and access to a standard 110V outlet. Our cart is fully self-contained otherwise — we bring cups, lids, straws, sugar, syrups, and milks. If power isn't available, we can bring a generator for an additional fee.

Yes. Our mobile espresso bar works indoors and outdoors. We just need easy access to unload our equipment — a close parking spot or loading zone is ideal, especially at venues with limited entry points.

We serve events of all sizes, from gatherings of 20 to events of 300 and above. For very large events we can add additional carts and baristas so your guests aren't left waiting.

Setup takes 45 minutes to an hour so we can position the bar, organize ingredients, and let the machine fully heat up. Teardown takes about the same. We arrive early and leave the space as we found it.

Absolutely. We collaborate with you to design a personalized drink menu, including signature drinks, so it reflects your event's theme and your preferences.

We do. Alongside one-off event catering, we partner with hotels, resorts, and properties on longer-term espresso bar programs. Reach out and we can talk through what that looks like for your space.

Yes. We're based in Colorado Springs and travel regularly to Denver and the surrounding metro, including Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Englewood, Arvada, Westminster, and Highlands Ranch. Travel fees apply based on distance.
