We recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance. Popular dates fill up first, so the earlier you reach out the better. If your date is close and we're available, we'll do our best to make it work.

Yes. Every booking includes full setup and cleanup each day, so the bar is ready before service and the space is clear afterward.

Yes. We build the schedule around your agenda, so coverage can be heavier at registration and breakfast and lighter during sessions. Send us the run of show and we'll recommend a plan.

About 6×6 feet of flat space and access to a standard 110V outlet. Our cart is fully self-contained otherwise — we bring cups, lids, straws, sugar, syrups, and milks. If power isn't available, we can bring a generator for an additional fee.

We serve events of all sizes, from gatherings of 20 to events of 300 and above. For very large events we can add additional carts and baristas so your guests aren't left waiting.

Absolutely. We collaborate with you to design a personalized drink menu, including signature drinks, so it reflects your event's theme and your preferences.

We ask for a deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. We accept credit cards, Venmo, bank transfers, and checks. Pricing depends on event size, length, location, and menu customization — contact us for a personalized quote.

Yes. We're based in Colorado Springs and travel regularly to Denver and the surrounding metro, including Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Englewood, Arvada, Westminster, and Highlands Ranch. Travel fees apply based on distance.
