We recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance. Popular dates fill up first, so the earlier you reach out the better. If your date is close and we're available, we'll do our best to make it work.

We're flexible. Couples book us for cocktail hour, through the reception, for late-night service when the dancing picks up, or for morning-after brunch — and some book more than one. Tell us your timeline and we'll recommend a window.

About 6×6 feet of flat space and access to a standard 110V outlet. Our cart is fully self-contained otherwise — we bring cups, lids, straws, sugar, syrups, and milks. If power isn't available, we can bring a generator for an additional fee.

We serve events of all sizes, from gatherings of 20 to events of 300 and above. For very large events we can add additional carts and baristas so your guests aren't left waiting.

Absolutely. We collaborate with you on a personalized menu, including a signature drink for your wedding or a menu that reflects your story as a couple, your theme, or the season.

We do. Our mobile coffee cart travels to mountain venues, ranches, and resorts. We're based in Colorado Springs and are glad to travel for significant occasions, with travel fees based on distance.

Setup takes 45 minutes to an hour so we can position the bar, organize ingredients, and let the machine fully heat up. Teardown takes about the same. We arrive early and leave the space as we found it.
